Job Description

Responsibilities:

To conduct outbound calls (both existing leads and cold calling) to promote company service to corporate customers
Follow up and attend to customers enquiries
Update daily/weekly reports
Processing and submission of application forms

Requirements:

Minimum ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec
No experience required but applicants who have experience in similar roles will be advantageous
Good communication skills and Sales & customer service skills
Self-driven and results-oriented
