Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telemarketing & Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.

. Send out appointment reminders and handle customers responses.

. Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.

. Prepare Sales Quotation.

. Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.

. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.

. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

. Minimum O levels

. Basic MS office applications (Eg, PowerPoint, Words,Excel)

. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role.

. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

. Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

. Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

Other Information

. Work Week : 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6pm)

. Salary : Basic + Commission

. Location : Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
