Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries (email/phone) on valve products, pricing, and availability.
Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads.
Process purchase orders, verify product details, and enter orders into the system.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist the external sales team with documentation, product data sheets, and customer records.
Provide basic technical guidance on valve types, materials, and standards (training provided).
Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred: 1-3 years of inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service experience, ideally with marine valves, piping, or industrial equipment.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
