Inside Sales Coordinator – Marine Valves

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries (email/phone) on valve products, pricing, and availability.

• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads.

• Process purchase orders, verify product details, and enter orders into the system.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production to ensure on-time delivery.

• Assist the external sales team with documentation, product data sheets, and customer records.

• Provide basic technical guidance on valve types, materials, and standards (training provided).

• Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• Preferred: 1-3 years of inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service experience, ideally with marine valves, piping, or industrial equipment.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
