Since starting operations in Singapore in 2010, our Asia office has been expanding its customer base across regional markets. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join us as an Inside Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

. Sales Administration

Prepare and follow up on quotations.

Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM system.

Issue invoices, delivery orders, and coordinate shipments.

Maintain updated customer records and pricing structures.

. Customer Support & Coordination

Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, stock availability, delivery status).

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment.

Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

Handle basic complaint resolution and escalate when required.

. Sales Support

Monitor sales pipeline and follow up on pending quotations.

Contacts updating in system.

. Internal Coordination

Work closely with Finance for payment follow-ups.

Liaise with HQ for stock availability and lead times.

Support inventory planning and demand forecasting.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in any field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• 1-2 years of experience in the marine industry is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Fast response time and strong sense of responsibility

• Young, dynamic, and highly motivated team player

• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English
