Job Title: Inside Sales - Information Technology
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to business growth. This role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from quotation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support marketing activities such as trade shows and product launches.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors and manage delivery updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong bilingual communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
