Aramex Singapore is expanding and we are seeking Inside Sales to join our Singapore team and will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and existing customers, establishing rapport and building trust.
- Generate revenue channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams through outbound cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
- Contact potential customers to present our products/services and explain their benefits and features.
- Promote cost-effective service channels and increase the use of automation to streamline processes.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
- Drive the use of e-Tools across all customers to enhance efficiency and convenience.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
