Responsibilities for Inpatient Staff Nurse:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with patients needs, medical instructions, and hospital policies.
- Deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centred nursing care.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and hospital policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Guide and support junior nursing staff and newly joined nurses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Inpatient Staff Nurse:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
- Previous experience in an acute care hospital is an advantage but not essential.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to quality patient care.
- Able to work rotating 3-shift schedules.
