About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innovation Program Manager to lead and drive our client's innovation projects. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional initiatives, from ideation, proof of concept, pilot, and development to launch, including collaboration and partnership with external technology partners. You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with our client's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
- Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage project dependencies and proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Innovation Business System
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our client's innovation business system, particularly with the open innovation framework.
- Develop and manage the innovation pipeline, timelines and resources, ensuring a consistent flow of high-potential projects.
- Oversee the prototyping, testing and piloting of new products, solutions and services.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Develop and implement best practices for innovation program management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in innovation management and open innovation framework.
