The Talent
- 6-8 years of experience including Category Marketing leadership and High-Complex project management (from design to business case to implementation)
- Proven track record of successful product launches in beverage or food categories.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural, regional role with diverse markets
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end innovation projects across from concept development through commercialization in the APAC region
- Drive formula harmonization opportunities and ensure successful implementation in the market.
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable innovation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product concepts, packaging, formulations, and go-to-market plans.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of short-, mid-, and long-term innovations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and sustainability standards.
- Communicate effectively through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling.
- Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to secure alignment and resources for innovation projects.
- Monitor post-launch performance and leverage learnings to optimize future innovation.
