Job Title: APAC Innovation Lab Analyst
Location: Singapore (hybrid)

About The Role
BSI is expanding its investment in innovation to enhance existing business solutions and drive radical new advancements in trust, resilience, and sustainability.
As an Innovation Lab Analyst, you will play a key role in researching emerging technologies, analysing competitors, and contributing to innovative projects. You will support customer-focused objectives by translating complex solutions into clear, actionable insights. Your responsibilities include market and technical research, software design and testing, and participation in proof-of-concept (POC) and prototyping activities. Collaborating across teams, you will help develop cutting-edge solutions that align with BSI's innovation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and competitor offerings to support innovation initiatives.
- Align efforts with the Innovation Team to drive customer-focused objectives and deliver innovative solutions.
- Assist in designing and developing cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Collaborate on multiple projects and initiatives with stakeholders across the organization.
- Leverage technical expertise to perform market and technical research, software design, programming, testing, and participation in proof-of-concept (POC) and prototyping activities.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in supply chain, operations, or production, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or the building industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP or Agile) and human-centric design (HCD).
- Proficiency in software/app development, including experience with SFDC.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder and customer service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation.
- Ability to analyse new information for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Skilled in performance monitoring and assessment for continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to others effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
