- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for an Inhouse Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (Banking), responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs, source and assess banking talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and provide market insights to support effective recruitment.
The Talent
- At least 4 years recruitment experience in fast-paced agency and In-house banking environments.
- A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based recruitment setting.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong focus on delivering results and managing stakeholders.
Job Description
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to build strong relationships, understand hiring needs, and support an effective candidate selection process.
- Role & Requirement Management: Define and refine job requirements, provide insights on candidate profiles and interview processes, and develop engaging job advertisements and recruitment content.
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and assess diverse candidates through multiple channels, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities while strengthening the employer brand within relevant talent communities.
- Market Intelligence & Advisory: Provide insights on talent market trends, candidate behaviour, hiring challenges, and market developments to support business decisions.
- Recruitment Business Development: Develop consultative relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand recruitment services, and increase business coverage.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required to measure hiring performance and support business reviews.
