Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Solutioning & Design (70%)
- Technical Architecture:Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure frameworks for greenfield developments and business expansions.
- Network & Security Orchestration:Architect resilient network and security environments with a focus on cloud-managed solutions (Cisco Meraki ecosystem).
- System Integration:Oversee the integration of infrastructure stacks with specialized hospitality technologies (including HSIA, IPTV, PABX, Smart Lock systems, and CCTV).
- Strategic Proposals:Author and present technical whitepapers and solution options to cross-functional business leaders to drive technology adoption.
2. Resilience, Governance & Security (30%)
- Service Continuity:Partner with the Operations team and Engagement Managers to maintain high-availability across cloud, compute, storage, and networking platforms.
- Operational Excellence:Conduct system health audits and identify optimization pathways for infrastructure reliability.
- Vendor Ecosystem Management:Manage external service providers to ensure adherence to SLAs, cost-efficiency, and quality of technical delivery.
- Security & Compliance:Drive governance activities including vulnerability management, access control audits, and ensuring compliance with modern security frameworks.
