Infrastructure System Engineer

Responsibilities

. Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and on‑premise environments.

. Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system performance across infrastructure components.

. Manage VMware/Hyper‑V platforms and support Windows OS and Windows Server Environments.

. Perform system monitoring, setup, patching, backup, DR and automate tasks.

. Closely collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations.

. Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters

. Set up network switches, perform network checks, and configure IP settings for project devices.

. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and IT system issues.

. Support data migration, integration, monitoring, security and compliance.

. Participate in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.

. Work with services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM.

Requirements

. Degree/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Equivalent.

. Minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure or system engineering roles.

. Experience with backup/recovery, documentation, and supporting tender requirements.

. Familiarity with certification/key management and common infrastructure services.

. Experience with Linux (RHEL) will be advantageous.

. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and time‑management skills.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
