Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for desktop, laptop, printer & scanner configurations
  • Handles the installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients and other software audio/ video conference device setup
  • Responsible for supporting Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server, Patch management
  • Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues (eg. Switches/Wifi)
  • Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS / SDWAN
  • Basic knowledge of application installation & troubleshooting
  • Has to work with teams across geographies and time zones
  • Hands on experience in Asset Management tools i.e. Desktop Central
  • Incumbent has to handle corporate users
  • Sound knowledge of Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards
  • Good Technical knowledge of latest technology trends
  • Vendor management
  • Coordinate discussions between Central IT and country team
  • Managing other locations within and around Indonesia (cluster) and their resources
  • Leads a team and manage their appraisals

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years supporting corporate end user services
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment
  • Ability to engage with senior Business stake holders
  • Ability to lead a local team as well as remote locations
  • Good communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills able to multi-task and good time-management skills
