We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the IT infrastructure supporting our trading operations. The role is critical to ensuring high availability, security, performance, and reliability of trading systems, networks, and data platforms in a fast-paced trading environment.
Trading Systems Support
- Support trading platforms, ERP systems, pricing systems for Vietnam, Singapore and India markets
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, patches, and issue resolution
- Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure-related incidents impacting trading
Cloud & Automation
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) including compute, storage, and networking
- Implement automation and scripting for deployments and monitoring
- Optimize infrastructure costs and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Linux & Windows servers
- Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with virtualization and storage systems
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, etc.)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python - preferred)
Import / Export Environment Knowledge (Preferred)
- Experience supporting cross border import and export, documentations, Bills of Lading, etc.
