Infrastructure Specialist/Edge Specialist

The Edge Specialist plays a key role in deploying, and managing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, Tune and maintain RHEL/Windows systems for performance and uptime.

Implement and manage integration of peripheral with backend systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve device/system issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analyse change requests and recommend architectural improvements.

Requirements

Preferably bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Strong hands-on experience with RHEL and Windows Server in high-availability environments.

Familiarity with networking basics, firewalls, and load balancers.

Strong Knowledge of backup & restoration, virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V), and basic cloud concepts.

Experience integrating and troubleshooting peripheral devices.

Strong understanding of system security best practices, compliance hardening, and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) for secure communications and certificate management.

Good communication skills for working with vendors and stakeholders.
