Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee deployment and configuration of infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking equipment, and cloud services.
• Identify risks and issues proactively develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools (e.g.,MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to assess outcomes, capture lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of network systems, servers, storage, cloud (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
