Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role

We are hiring for anInfrastructure Project Managerto lead and deliver large-scale technology infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will manage endtoend project delivery, engage senior stakeholders, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also play a key part in governance, compliance, and operational readiness across multiple infrastructure domains, including networks and data centre environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead, manage, and implement infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
• Work closely with technology SMEs to assess infrastructure requirements, dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies.
• Support full project lifecycle processes including documentation, reporting, status meetings, and risk/issue escalations.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and produce clear status reports and meeting minutes.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets with strong understanding of P&L, cash flow forecasting, and resource cost management.
• Support project budget submissions and approval processes using standard templates.
• Identify required project resources and coordinate with technology teams to assign roles and responsibilities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage and manage senior stakeholders effectively with strong communication skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal users, external vendors, and crossfunctional partners.

Compliance & Governance

• Support compliance and regulatory requirements related to project execution.
• Ensure all project governance, controls, and documentation standards are adhered to.

Operational Execution

• Participate in and support weekend change events required for project implementations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven project management experience delivering or supporting largescale technology infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies; experience with data centre projects is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
