Work where you make an impact. We are seeking a Infra Project Engineer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of enterprise IT systems. You will manage fault isolation, incident resolution, and system remediation, assist in testing and diagnosing defects, oversee procurement and support renewals, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Day-2 IT operations, including fault isolation, incident resolution, and system remediation.
- Support testing and diagnosing system issues, providing workarounds or solutions.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Oversee procurement, COTS products, and support renewals.
- Review business workflows and system functionalities, recommending improvements.
- Coordinate and deliver preventive, remedial, and operational support to meet SLA requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and vendors and capable of conveying complex technical concepts to business or management teams.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, ITIL) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
