Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists with the installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
- Installs, configures and maintains network and security infrastructure, including core network switches, routers and firewalls
- Troubleshoot problems on the MCN2 Network (Vehicles and Vessels)
- Installs, configures and maintains TETRA infrastructure
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Possess Cybersecurity Knowledges preferred
- Preferably knowledge in Cisco Networking, Fortinet Firewall, Juniper and HP Firewall
- Technical knowledge of installation and support to customers
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Standby after office hours as operational requires 24/7 support
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
- Singaporeans only
