Infrastructure Engineer (RHEL & Windows)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, configuration, testing and support in IT system implementation projects.
• Manage IT operations including managing servers, active directory, backups, virtualization, storage and other infrastructure related tools.
• Understanding the customers system architecture and design.
• Perform on-site for system troubleshooting.
• Manage and follow up with IT vendors on IT service level delivery, infrastructure/hardware issue.
• Collaborate with IT vendor on project implementation.
• Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritization skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure.
• Hands on experience in managing RHEL Linux Server and Windows Server.
• Effectively administrate Symantec Endpoint Protection, VMware, Veeam Backup, SolarWinds and Ivanti will be an added advantage
• Good technical skill in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting server, storage and tape library hardware knowledge.
• Self-driven and ability to work independently.
