Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Planning & Design
- Assist in planning and designing infrastructure systems
- Document design decisions and planning activities
Infrastructure Operations
- Perform installations and operational tasks based on design specifications
- Ensure operations align with service level agreements
Maintenance & Optimization
- Support ongoing maintenance and implement agreed changes
- Perform tuning and optimization of hardware and software components
- Gather performance data for capacity planning and reporting
- Assist in testing, implementation, and piloting new tools and technologies
Incident Resolution
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues
- Simulate user problems to troubleshoot operating difficulties
- Follow up with users to confirm resolution
- Recommend system modifications to prevent recurring issues
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Experience: 2-3 years of related experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and service orientation
- Ability to work on-call and flexible shifts
