Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a talented and driven Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Assess and incorporate industry best practices, such as ITIL standards, into our Private/Public Cloud and Container platforms.
• Operate and manage cloud and container technologies, including products, tools, self-service portals, and automation.
• Collaborate with project managers and account teams to design, develop, and deliver Cloud and Container Managed Services, Migration, and Project Delivery.
• Responsible for infrastructure systems sizing, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of proposed solutions.
• Provide support to clients on various system technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, Enterprise Storage and Backup, Protection, Middleware, Automation, and Container technology.
• Support network planning, design, implementation, and performance optimization of Wired Network infrastructure, Wireless Network infrastructure, Network Security, Cabling, and Network Vulnerability Assessment.
• Perform network daily operational tasks, such as infrastructure health checks, move/add/change/delete requests, ad-hoc support for implementation rollouts, upgrades of OS and software, and supporting network infrastructure during special occasions.
• Maintain network infrastructure and resolve infrastructure incidents promptly and efficiently.
  
  

• Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems, cloud computing, networking, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Private/Public Cloud, Containers), Cloud and Container Managed Services, Migration, and Project Delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, Enterprise Storage and Backup, Protection, Middleware, Automation, and Container technology.
• Experience with network infrastructure (Wired, Wireless, Network Security, Cabling), Network Vulnerability Assessment, infrastructure health checks, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Industry-standard certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cloud, Network) are preferred.
