Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade servers, networks, and related hardware and software
- Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records
- Conduct day-to-day IT infrastructure health, security monitoring, and checks
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and network-related issues
- Execute change management controls, ensuring all changes are tracked and properly documented
- Respond to service requests and incidents, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Work closely with service providers and vendors to ensure SLAs are met
- Automate operational tasks using basic Bash/PowerShell scripting and high-level programming languages such as Python or Perl
- Provide support for IT infrastructure-related projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficient in troubleshooting IT issues through log analysis and step-by-step tracing
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools for continuous improvement of systems and processes
