Job Description:
- As a member of the operation and maintenance team, work to ensure the stable operation of customer's internal systems and servers.
- Coordinate with vendors on maintenance contracts for HW and SW and renew them as appropriate.
- Provide idea to Team Head relating to improvement of operation and maintenance, and efficiency.
- Together with other team member, act as liaison between the customer Head Office and the customer Singapore Branch for operational task.
- Ensure that the system configuration complies with the customer's security guidelines at the time of audit.
- Analyse functional requirements and reflect changes to the system following the established guidelines.
- Work with the team leader to ensure that the system configuration conforms to design standards and that the design meets functional and system requirements.
- Handle day-to-day user queries (server, network, PC, user account) properly.
- For system troubles, take recovery action (workaround), investigate errors, and consider measures for improvement.
Requirements:
- Can communicate in Japanese, as one of the main responsibilities is this person need to communicate with Japan HO.
- Experience in Windows Client Provisioning & end user computing support.
- Understanding Microsoft 365.
- Experience of managing operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server.
- Experience in managing VMWare Infrastructure.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, VPN).
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow together with the team.
