Job Description & Requirements
- Sound experience of a minimum 10+ years in an IT enterprise environment
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with Virtualised IT environments
- Experience of Nutanix AOS/AHV and VMware ESXi or other converged or hyper-converged platforms
- Able to independently analyse and diagnose highly complex problems across different platforms.
- Experience in professional services consulting and IT infra operations support is preferred.
- Experience and comfort in troubleshooting and handling escalations
Participate in planning and hands-on execution of:
- Deployment, installation, and configuration of Nutanix core products
- SW/FW Upgrades and patching
- DR planning, setting, restoration
- VM lifecycle Management (creation, deletion, cloning, snapshot etc.)
- V2V and P2V Migrations
- Capacity planning & reporting
- Participate in the planning and execution of DR drills
- Strong ability for documentation, presentation, business meeting organising & facilitation with post-action management.
- Customer-centric approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills with proactiveness that leads to outstanding business relationships.
- Nutanix certified professional required.
