Responsibilities
- Support deployment and configuration of network security solutions and firewalls.
- Implement and manage firewall rules, security policies, and basic network security controls.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS, FortiGate, Check Point Security Gateway, Gigamon, and RSA NetWitness.
- Monitor firewall logs and support troubleshooting of network and security issues.
- Document firewall configurations and assist with security updates and maintenance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in network infrastructure or cybersecurity.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewall policies).
- Exposure to firewall or security tools such as Palo Alto, Fortigate, or Checkpoint is a plus.
