About the Role
Zenith Infotech (S) is looking for a capable and hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure across both on-premises and AWS environments. You will play a key part in keeping our internal systems and external integrations running reliably, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the business.

What You'll Do

. Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and security groups across on-premises and AWS environments.

. Operate, monitor, and support network connectivity, covering internal systems and external integrations.

. Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents related to connectivity, routing, security, and performance.

. Apply firmware and software patches or upgrades to network equipment and virtual network appliances.

. Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address records, and connectivity documentation for all changes.

. Monitor bandwidth utilisation, track hardware failures, perform capacity planning, and support audit activities.

What We're Looking For

. 3-6 years of hands-on experience configuring firewalls, routers, and switches in both on-premises and AWS environments.

. Strong foundational knowledge of IP networking (subnetting, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs).

. Experience with AWS networking services such as VPCs, security groups, NACLs, and Site-to-Site VPN or Direct Connect.

. Familiarity with firewall platforms such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, or Fortinet is an advantage.

. Proven troubleshooting skills - comfortable using tools like Wireshark or tcpdump to diagnose issues.

. Good documentation habits with experience maintaining network diagrams and IP address records.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
