Role Overview
As our Infrastructure Engineer, you will elevate our CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices by leveraging cloud platforms, AI-enabled tooling, and automated deployment pipelines. You'll be the backbone of resilient, scalable, secure infrastructure, enabling seamless delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Harness).
- Automate cloud infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Orchestrate and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).
- Provision and manage secure cloud environments across AWS and Azure.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD for security and compliance.
- Establish monitoring & alerting frameworks (CloudWatch, Grafana, Kibana, Nagios, Splunk).
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations for consistent deployments.
- Administer version control systems (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket) with strong branching strategies.
- Provide Tier 3 production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of proven DevOps and infrastructure automation experience.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Strong prompt engineering skills for optimized AI-assisted coding.
- Ability to validate and improve AI-generated outputs within enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures, HA/DR strategies, and cost optimization.
- Advanced hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, EKS, AKS, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Proven track record in infrastructure automation with Terraform, CloudFormation, SAM, ARM Templates, Bicep.
- Strong experience in release orchestration (blue-green, canary, rollbacks).
- Experience with modern CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and DevSecOps practices.
- Observability & security experience with ELK, Prometheus, Splunk, SAST/DAST tools.
- Strong database skills in RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills for cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning in evolving DevOps and AI tooling.
