Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system health and performance, including review of OS, application, and backup logs.
- Manage software deployment and OS patching, and produce patch compliance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and appointed agents for troubleshooting and hardware/software replacement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system, network, and asset documentation.
- Plan and execute vulnerability scans, generate reports, and implement remediation through configuration changes or patching.
- Configure and monitor backup jobs, generate status reports, resolve backup issues, and perform approved recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot network, system, and application connectivity and performance issues.
- Support change requests including certificate renewal, token key provisioning, and cyber security rule configuration.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Virtualisation: Nutanix, Hyper-V (Windows 11)
- Cybersecurity & Monitoring: Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring, Tenable Nessus
- Hardware: F5 appliances
- Backup: Veritas NetBackup (NBU)
- Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
