Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager to support the successful delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure projects across cloud, networking, hosting, cybersecurity, and workplace technology environments. You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure infrastructure initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
This role is well suited for someone with a strong infrastructure background who enjoys managing complex technical projects and supporting large-scale site deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and transition to operations.
- Coordinate project activities across networking, cloud, hosting, cybersecurity, workplace technology, and infrastructure teams.
- Support new office and site deployments, relocations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Work closely with technical specialists, solution architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, stakeholder meetings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate infrastructure implementation activities, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
- Support change management, deployment planning, testing, and operational handover.
- Provide on-site coordination during key implementation activities where required.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects are delivered according to organisational standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of networking, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, backup, and enterprise hosting environments.
- Experience supporting infrastructure deployment, office/site setup, or technology rollout projects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with IT change management and project governance practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
