We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Architect to shape how technology is designed and delivered across Molex. This role focuses on improving decision-making, reducing risk, and ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions that stand the test of time.
You will work across regions and teams to solve complex problems, guide critical decisions, and enable others to operate effectively without dependency.

What You Will Do
- Help teams clearly frame problems before jumping to solutions
- Guide architectural decisions across network, infrastructure, cloud, and security
- Ensure tradeoffs are understood across cost, risk, performance, and scalability
- Step in on decisions with enterprise impact or long-term consequences
- Enable engineers, site IT/OT, and product teams to make strong decisions independently
- Reduce unnecessary escalation through clear guidance and reusable patterns
- Teach how to think, not just what to do
- Partner with teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMER
- Engage on high-impact or high-risk initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise direction and standards
- Manage vendor relationships and support contract and service discussions
- Stay current on emerging technologies and apply them where they create value
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong background in network, infrastructure, cloud, or security
- Experience operating in complex, global environments
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel within Asia (25–35%)
