Role Summary
Drive day-to-day infrastructure operations and preventive maintenance activities for ICT systems. Lead onsite engineers and vendors to ensure system stability, timely issue resolution, and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage onsite engineers for infrastructure operations and maintenance activities.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, servicing, and support delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, engineers, and vendors.
- Track operational performance, incidents, and project progress.
- Ensure infrastructure implementations align with design and operational standards.
- Identify risks/issues and drive timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience covering infrastructure operations, maintenance, or technical project coordination
- Exposure to managing onsite engineers or leading small teams.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of network/infrastructure environments.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational setting.
