Key Responsibilities
Project and Program Management:Plan, oversee, and track projects/programs, ensuring timelines, milestones,risks, and budgets align with tactical and strategic goals. Driveimplementation while managing scope and complexity, proactively addressingchanges and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder and VendorCollaboration: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholdersthrough regular updates, reports, and presentations. Liaise with vendors tomeet evolving network requirements and manage purchase orders to ensure qualityand alignment with business needs.
Testing and Quality Assurance:Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with robust quality planning and riskmanagement, aiming for minimal business disruption. Coordinate training andcommunication across functions to ensure project readiness and smoothtransitions.
Analysis and Business Alignment:Perform root-cause, cost-benefit, and impact analyses to address new orexisting business requirements. Work across multiple teams and functions toalign efforts with organizational objectives and deliver project outcomeseffectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience and Technical Expertise: Over 810 years in technology or project managementwith a focus on network infrastructure, including structured cabling, wirelessLAN, routing, and network solutions. Preferred experience in financialinstitutions or consulting firms, with relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco,AWS, PMP, ITIL) and a proven track record in complex network implementations orintegration projects.
Project and Financial Management: Skilled in managing project lifecycles, includingbudget approvals, expense tracking, and invoicing. Strong organization andanalytical skills enable effective prioritization of tasks, projects, andcompeting priorities.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders andpresenting effectively to diverse audiences. Proactive, self-motivated, andteam-oriented, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across globaland virtual teams.
Process-Driven and Results-Oriented: Advocates for structured reporting, presentationstandards, and actionable plans aligned with business policies. Committed toexcellence, with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in dynamic,multi-faceted environments.
