Work where you make an impact. We are seeking a Project Management Manager to join our team and drive complex turnkey projects from planning to delivery. You will manage project lifecycles, budgets, and risks, lead high-performance teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support pre-sales and RFP activities to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex IT and engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Develop and communicate project plans, defining roles, objectives, deliverables, schedules, risks, and critical paths.
- Control project budgets and costs to optimize revenue and margins, and implement risk management strategies.
- Lead a high-performance delivery team, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing updates, managing escalations, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Support pre-sales activities and collaborate on RFP development with solution teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing large-scale, relevant projects.
- Extensive experience in turnkey IT and engineering projects, managing multi-platform, multi-vendor systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven successful management of multi-million-dollar government or commercial projects.
- Proven program/project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills, including motivation, performance appraisal, and development.
- Hands-on with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities.
- Knowledge of government security standards and relevant certifications (PMP, CITPM, CISSP) is an advantage.
