Report directly to the Head of Information Technology, providing operational support and contributing to the effective delivery of IT services across the organization.
Manage end-user support and IT administration functions, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high service standards.
Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office laptops, desktop computers, mobile devices, and related IT hardware to support business operations.
Provide technical support for business-critical applications, including Bloomberg, accounting systems, productivity tools, and other enterprise software platforms.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventories, licensing information, and lifecycle management documentation.
Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technology adoption, cybersecurity awareness, and system utilization among employees.
Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives, including coordinating and facilitating BCP training, testing, and readiness exercises to ensure operational resilience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues, implement system improvements, and ensure the reliable performance of IT infrastructure and applications.
Assist in the development, documentation, and review of IT policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to support governance and compliance requirements.
Monitor and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing IT service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in related Information Technology field.
Preferred 3 years and above IT desktop support and administration experience.
Strong IT troubleshooting skills is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing and able to work the morning support shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) to ensure timely user and operational support.
