Job Responsibilities
. Provide daily IT support for the Singapore office, including managing and maintaining devices such as workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, and wireless access points.
. Deliver executive level IT support and remote assistance for SHEIN employees across the APAC time zone.
. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvement initiatives.
. Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, systems, and orientation sessions.
. Ensure IT systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
. Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions.
. Coordinate with third party service providers and external partners to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain enterprise-level IT standards.
. Support and implement IT policies and procedures as required.
. Occasionally work on public holidays, with compensatory time off provided.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
. Minimum 1 year of experience in an enterprise IT support or systems administration role.
. Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management tools.
. Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
. Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
