We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Manager to handle the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and scalability of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments that support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary infrastructure team, drive operational excellence, implement strategic technology initiatives, and ensure the IT infrastructure aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
He/She must be able to handle following job responsibilities
- Lead the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, scalability, and operational resilience of infrastructure services.
- Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and service-level objectives.
- Manage resource planning, workload prioritization, performance management, and professional development.
- Foster collaboration, technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage servers, virtualization, storage, networks, cloud services, databases, identity and access management, endpoint systems, backups, and disaster-recovery capabilities.
- Ensure effective IT/OT network segmentation and secure connectivity within manufacturing environments.
- Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, and change management activities.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, automation, and capacity management to minimize downtime.
- Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, hardware lifecycle, and support contracts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network engineering, cloud operations, or related technical roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, databases, backup, disaster recovery, and identity and access management.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, IT/OT network segmentation, business continuity, disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and high-availability environments.
- Experience with infrastructure planning, capacity management, technology lifecycle management, vendor management, budgeting, and infrastructure governance.
- Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing or mission-critical environments is highly preferred semiconductor manufacturing experience, including MES and industrial/OT environments, is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, AWS, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, Nutanix) are preferred.
