Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in Singapore. The role involves providing technical support to ensure the seamless operation of IT systems, delivering help-desk assistance to address user issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and performing system administration tasks. Additionally, the engineer will support implementation, migration, and training for cloud-based services like Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to resolve technical issues effectively and provide exceptional customer service to end-users.
• In-depth knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.
• Experience in System Administration, including managing servers, networks, and cloud solutions like Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are beneficial.
• Hands-on experience working with small and medium enterprises and understanding of corporate IT requirements is an advantage.
