Information Technology Staff - Japanese Speaker

The Information Technology (IT) Staff role supports employees and affiliated companies by maintaining dependable day-to-day IT services and driving internal technology projects. Based onsite in Singapore, the position offers exposure to hardware and system replacement, security, IT infrastructure, and operational improvement initiatives, with potential future involvement in regional IT solution deployments across Asia and Oceania.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees and affiliated companies located at the same premises

• Drive IT projects involving hardware and system replacement, security, IT infrastructure, and operational efficiency improvements

• Collaborate with internal teams, related departments, and external vendors to execute IT projects effectively

• Report issues and escalate problems to management when necessary

• After gaining several years of experience, support the deployment of new IT solutions planned and developed by headquarters across branches and subsidiaries in Asia and Oceania, including business travel when required

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate IT department, or a strong interest in developing a career in the IT field

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and networks

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, related departments, and external vendors

• Ability to report issues clearly and escalate problems when necessary

• Interest in supporting IT projects and operational improvement initiatives
