We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to drive growth across key Banking & Insurance accounts. This role manages the full sales lifecycle and works closely with partners and internal teams to deliver end-to-end IT solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Drive short & long-term revenue growth through direct sales
- Develop and execute account sales strategies
- Manage end-to-end sales from pre-sales to post-sales
- Engage partners in customer solutioning
- Own proposals, pricing, and deal closure
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams on approvals and delivery
Requirements :
- 8+ years IT solutions sales experience (SI background preferred)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, cloud, managed services & digital transformation
- Proven sales pipeline & techno-commercial selling experience
- Experience selling to FSI clients (Banking/Insurance); Telco is a plus
- Experience working with partners and enterprise customers
