Information Technology Section Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and end-to-end management of enterprise infrastructure platforms and data center environments.
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of core systems supporting business applications and services.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, standards, and improvement roadmaps to support scalability and reliability.
• Lead response and resolution for infrastructure-related incidents, including issue analysis and preventive improvements.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and security hardening in line with governance and compliance requirements.
• Manage external partners and service providers, including evaluation of solutions and cost effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members by assigning responsibilities and strengthening overall team capabilities.

Competency Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, RHCE, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or teamlead role.
• Strong handson experience with Windows Server, Linux Server administration, virtualization (VMware/HyperV), and enterprise storage.
• Proven expertise with Cisco network infrastructure, including core switching, routing, and network security practices.
• Experience managing medium to largescale IT environments and leading crossfunctional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while ensuring operational stability.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities with a focus on rootcause resolution and continuous improvement.
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and commitment to service reliability and availability.
