Support the Program Manager in executing the project by collaborating with various stakeholders, including business units, vendors, management, Cyber Security and IT teams, during system implementation and maintenance.
Monitor project progress and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with Vendors, Stakeholders, Cyber Security and IT teams for functional and technical discussions.
Schedule and lead meetings with Vendors, Stakeholders, Cyber Security and IT teams.
Involve in functional and technical gathering sessions, review and provide feedback for submitted documents.
Sound technical knowledge to review proposed technical architecture and security architecture.
Review the submitted documents for compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
Ensure the product is delivered in good quality with zero defects and good system performance.
Ensure all the user stories are delivered without scope creep.
Knowledge in complete SDLC life cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in system design, development, system support and maintenance.
At least 2 years of project management experience with complete software development lifecycle.
Ability to understand business requirements and evaluate vendor proposed solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Experience in engaging cross-functional business and IT/OT stakeholders, as well as vendors.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and adaptability to new challenges.
PMP or any equivalent certification is advantageous.
Technical Skill Sets:
Knowledge in Project management lifecycle.
Knowledge in software like ReactJS, JAVA, Spring framework, MS SQL Server, Open Source BIRT Reports.
Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ & Apache Kafka)
Knowledge in API gateway, system to system integration, DevOps etc
Knowledge in tools like Jira, automated testing tools are preferred.
