About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Cloud IT projects. You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, while keeping track of key milestones, risks, and resources. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate communication and project alignment.
- Identify potential risks and issues early and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables before submission to clients.
- Organize and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Help maintain SharePoint file documentation and create relevant document repositories for projects.
- Coordinate with project teams for up-to-date information pertaining to their projects and ensure timelines are updated accordingly.
What You Need To Succeed
- 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- High proficiency in English (fluency required); other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
- Outgoing personality and a proactive, get-go attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus.
