Job Description

Role purpose

Owns day-to-day delivery of the Customer EUX programme — integrated plan, finance, resourcing, RAID and cadence. Coordinates the workstream leads to deliver to the schedule and is the WWT counterpart to the Customer Programme Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the integrated programme plan across Control Tower, EUC and Collaboration workstreams.
  • Run delivery cadence — daily syncs, weekly status, monthly governance — and maintain RAID with active escalation.
  • Track financials and resource burn against the LoE; surface variances early with options.
  • Drive cross-workstream dependencies and critical path; own gate reviews (G1 Design, G2 Pilot Exit, G3 Programme Close).
  • Partner with the PMO resource to maintain status dashboards, financials and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding and access for WWT and partner resources.

Required experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years as Programme Manager / Senior Delivery Manager on multi-workstream IT transformations.
  • Demonstrable successful delivery of at least one complex, global End User transformation programme in a regulated industry end-to-end.
  • Strong financial / commercial track record — managing programme P&L of US$5M+.
  • Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
  • Experience working in a large, geographically distributed global organisation, comfortable operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Experience working within a globally distributed team, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid client/partner team with clear ownership boundaries.

Technical skills

  • Programme governance frameworks — Steering Committee, Architecture Review Boards, Change Advisory Boards.
  • Integrated planning and reporting tooling — Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
  • RAID, dependency and critical-path management at programme scale.
  • Service transition and operational integration aligned to ITIL v4 / ITSM frameworks.

Desirable

  • Banking or finance experience.
  • Experience in role, delivering complex, global End User transformation in a regulated industry.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or equivalent senior programme management certification.
