We're hiring an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead large-scale workplace operations and drive AI-enabled service delivery. This role owns end-user computing services, manages helpdesk and onsite support, and leverages automation and analytics to shift IT from reactive to proactive.
Job description :
- Lead workplace IT operations, SLA performance, and service governance
- Drive AI, automation, and DEX initiatives to improve user experience
- Manage escalations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Oversee asset management and endpoint environments at scale
- Lead teams, stakeholders, and monthly performance reporting
Requirements :
- 10+ years in IT operations, 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong managed services and workplace operations experience
- Proven track record in SLA management and service optimization
- ITIL / Microsoft 365 / Power BI certifications are a plus
