About the Role

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer equipment, managing the local area network, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair company computer equipment, ensure security precautions, and provide IT technical support to the company.
• Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and related equipment, perform server maintenance, and ensure data backups.
• Ensure the stability and normal operation of the network and server systems, promptly resolve network and server system failures, and ensure the secure operation of the company's office and business systems.
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's monitoring systems, access control systems, and attendance systems.
• Manage daily administrative office supplies, fixed asset management, and payment of utilities such as rent, electricity, and water bills.

• IT

Required Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in desktop IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, able to independently resolve issues related to LAN, routers, and computer hardware/software.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong problem-solving ability with excellent execution skills.
• Outgoing personality, proactive in work.
