Currently, we are looking for Senior Information Technology Operations which would be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in TechOps, Application Support, Production Support or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on AWS Cloud experience.
- Experience supporting websites, digital platforms or customer-facing portals.
- Good knowledge of Java-based applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of servers, CDN, application performance and system monitoring.
- Manage TechOps and production support for websites, digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, servers, CDN and applications.
- Support Java-based applications and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
- Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to closure.
- Work with regional technology teams across India, China and Vietnam.
- Participate in a 24/7 incident management and support model.
