Key Requirements

Technical / Professional Experience

• Proven experience managing large IT development and production support teams (100+ FTEs) in outsourced/onshore-offshore setups.
• Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail Banking, Payments, and Wealth Management.
• Experience managing delivery in multi-vendor environments.
• Strong project management skills certified in project management and Agile ways of working.
• Hands-on understanding of software development, testing, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with fixed-price engagements, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Familiarity with IT outsourcing models and commercial engagement frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and productivity improvement techniques.
• Experience participating in RFPs, bid processes, and vendor transitions.

Soft Skills / Leadership

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to present reports and articulate project status in senior management forums.
• Strong team player with the ability to manage multi-ethnic, multi-geography teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to corporate environments.
• Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in project management/Agile are preferred.
